Refund Policy
At Tus Global Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. However, please note that refunds are subject to certain conditions as outlined below:
- Refund Eligibility
- Services Not Yet Rendered: If you have made a payment for services that have not yet been rendered, you may request a refund within 3 days of the payment date.
- Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service before it has been initiated or completed, you may be eligible for a refund. Please note that cancellation fees may apply.
- Non-Refundable Services
- Services Already Handed Over: Once services have been handed over to the customer or completed as per the agreed terms, refunds will not be provided.
- Digital Products: Refunds are not available for digital products such as logo designs, graphic designs, or other creative assets once they have been delivered to the customer.
- Refund Process
- Request Submission: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at admin@tusglobal.in and provide details of your request.
- Review and Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
